- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Eight 8 Years Experience
- Preferably have worked in Oil&Gas Company

•	Prepare Annual budget and monitor departments budgets 
•	Assist Finance Manager with Financial strategy and financial projections.
•	Oversees accounts payables and receivables 
•	Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
•	Assist Finance Manager with establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures 
•	Ensuring proper revenue recognition and recording of expenses.
•	Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting.
•	Assist the Finance Manager in the daily banking requirements.
•	Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payment transactions.
•	Supports budget and forecasting activities.
•	Collaborates with other Accountants to support overall department goals and objectives.
•	Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
•	Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
•	Work with the Finance Manager to ensure a clean and timely yearend financial and tax audit.
•	Coordinates with external auditors during their financial & tax audit.
•	Supervise the Accountants to ensure that all financial reporting deadlines are met.
•	Assists in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the work flow of the department.
•	Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
•	Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
•	Interacts with third parties in matters pertaining to accounting issues.
•	Supervises and validates processing of accounting transactions.
•	Is responsible for the monthly closing.
•	Update the explanations of all the accounts.
•	Reports monthly on the Accounting Unit Key Performance Indicators.
•	Performs other functions which may be assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time.
